If set up is on grass, it must be leveled. Our mats sometimes do not work well in grass.

Rental & Pick Up Information
All rentals must come back clean, no stains, no grass, no dirt, and not wet.
A $150 damage deposit will be added to all set up castles. Deposit will be refunded 2-3 days after event and inspection, ONLY if our equipment is not damaged, dirty, or wet. NONE of our castles can get wet.
50% due to secure booking.

Deposit Information
Boujee and ABC soft play requires Floor or Turf. We will not set up on sand, gravol, or a street/parking lot.
